* Quotes are only valid for 7 working days.

*3 Changes are allowed on layouts, thereafter R100.00 per change will be charged.

*Logo redraw fee of R250.00 will be charged should the logo not be suitable for print.

*Design fee of R100.00 ex vat per design will be charged on any new designs not yet on file. Alternatively print ready designs may be sent to PFA for production. 

*Personalised naming on product will be charged at R10 per name.

*Should you require your order before the communicated lead time date, there will be a surcharge on the order to allow for overtime rates. Standard Lead time 4 to 5 weeks.

* Lead Times and Surcharges – 2 Weeks – 25%, 3 Weeks -15%, 4+ Weeks Standard Price.

*Lead Times will be affected should there be load shedding, public unrest or public holidays.

*MOQ on sublimated garments are set at 5 units per order for any new orders not yet on file.

*Samples will be charged at garment standard price.

*80% Deposit on placement of order and outstanding amount the day before collections. Please use invoice number as reference when making the payment.

*PFA Advertising do not offer any 30-day accounts for clients.

*Return Policy – Garments may only be returned within 7 days after order have been delivered / Collected should there be any product faults.

*Delivery will be charge at a rate of R4.00 per KM should you prefer your order to be delivered in selected areas only. Alternatively, orders can be collected at PFA office.  (Customers to book their own couriers)

*Fitting ranges are the property of PFA and should be returned within 7 Working days, if not garments will be invoice to your account.
